How To Make Crunchy Rice Crackers

These are gluten-free rice crackers. They are made from glutinous rice and great for snacking. You can enjoy it as it is or dip into chocolate sauce, peanut butter, Nutella, or brush them with some light soy sauce for the savory option. You can even make the cracker thinner, or different shape and sizes.

Crunchy Rice Crackers

Ingredients

3 Cups of Glutinous Rice
Vegetable Oil, for deep-frying

I guess I'm going to dry this in the oven. Too many birds in my neighborhood. And put some salt in the rice. It's one of my most favorite traditional snack, ever. 👍👍👍

There's a sauce for it too, tastes like a cross between Satay and other curry-based sauce.
